The Twitch is… Interesting. Twitch manages to provide pulsating suction (that automatically releases) inside the cup as though being kissed briefly with suction. Push the vibration button and cycle through different intensities and modes. Unfortunately, there is no way to change the vibration intensity of individual modes. If a body fits, the Twitch could be hands free clitoral, nipple or external anal stimulation. The Twitch is moderately loud in operation as are most pumps.
