The Hardness Factor

Subtitled, ”How to achieve your best health and sexual fitness at any age”, this book is a good resource for any man who is experiencing erectile problems, or who just wants to ensure his own sexual health for years to come. From vitamins and supplements to exercise and sexual techniques, this book, details a six-week plan to increase overall health in men of any age.

Our reviewer says:

In this six-week program, better physical health equals a harder penis. Dr. Lamm essentially doles out common-sense advice that people of all ages and every gender should live by.

”The second part of the book actually got into the program. Each chapter describes the requirements for the new week. It starts out with a blurb on what to expect at ages 15, 25, and 35 to 65. It acknowledges how hard the changes in lifestyle are, but encourages you to keep going. Then, it addresses specific health issues in detail by relating them to stories of the author’s own patients. There are menus and recommendations for new supplements and vitamins in each chapter. He also introduces new exercises that should specifically help the groin area. At the end of each chapter there is a small quiz to measure your progress.

”In a nutshell, the program is to walk at least 10,000 steps everyday, add weight training and special stretches, eat a variety of foods and keep portion-size small, don’t smoke, don’t drink excessively, take a slew of vitamins and herbal supplements, and engage in foreplay. If that doesn’t work, the author suggests going to the doctor immediately because you may have an underlying health problem. That especially applies to people who take Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra.

”Overall, this is a good, interactive resource for men of all ages, regardless of erectile function. I would recommend this book to people with problems getting or maintaining an erection, people who are not as hard as they want to be when they want to be, and the people who love them.
