This Stone Exercise Egg is designed to help you exercise your pelvic floor (aka pubococcygeus muscles or “PC”) muscles. Having a toned, flexible and strong pelvic floor can increase your sexual sensations with arousal, help with vaginal delivery during pregnancy, and greatly reduce your risk of urinary incontinence. It can be used during self-play or for Tantric sexual massage exercises
We will include our Kegels how-to and why-to pamphlet with your egg. A lovely, unique toy and tool.
Size: Each egg is a bit different, but the general dimensions are 2″ long by 1 1/4″ wide.
