For those working in coordination with a certified Pelvic Floor Therapist, we’ve been asked to offer this three piece weight set. The PF Training Set includes three silicone coated weights with attached silicone cord for easy removal. The lightest (yellow) weighs 45gm, the medium (rose) weighs 62gm, while the heaviest (orange) weighs 75gm. Use with either a water-based or hybrid lubricant to maintain surface. This is a 3 piece set and individuals are not available.
In comparison, the Kegel Egg–small weighs 60gm, while the Kegel Egg–medium weighs 84gm. Both of the Kegel Eggs are smaller and made of a smoother stone material. Smoother and heavier generally makes it harder to hold the eggs in place.
Please coordinate use of these with a therapist. There is a lot of inaccurate information on the intertubes that can increase pain and discomfort.
