Unlike the Liberator Wedge, the Heart Wedge has a little extra space in the heart shape that allows for some extra attention or toys without the wedge itself getting in the way. However, for maximal side-to-side stability the classic Wedge is a better choice, so you need to consider your activities before you choose.
