How to choose between Nina and Helena? They do have similar shapes with small differences in shaft size. Nina is a twist-dial, battery operated plastic vibrator with the longest shaft. Helena is push-button, battery-operated, silicone coated. All of them vary in intensity and all deliver powerful, throbby vibration at the upper range.
