The program incorporates stretching, strengthening and massage, guidelines to healthy eating for a variety of disorders, a stress relief program for reducing pain and stress, and exercises to help build your core strength and enhance your sexual pleasure. We like her approach a lot and are enthusiastic that this book has come out to help the many women and men who need it.
