”The second part of the book actually got into the program. Each chapter describes the requirements for the new week. It starts out with a blurb on what to expect at ages 15, 25, and 35 to 65. It acknowledges how hard the changes in lifestyle are, but encourages you to keep going. Then, it addresses specific health issues in detail by relating them to stories of the author’s own patients. There are menus and recommendations for new supplements and vitamins in each chapter. He also introduces new exercises that should specifically help the groin area. At the end of each chapter there is a small quiz to measure your progress.
”In a nutshell, the program is to walk at least 10,000 steps everyday, add weight training and special stretches, eat a variety of foods and keep portion-size small, don’t smoke, don’t drink excessively, take a slew of vitamins and herbal supplements, and engage in foreplay.
