Deluxe 18″ Flogger

The Deluxe 18″ Flogger is a split leather cowhide flogger with both a softness of the falls and a bit of edge on firmer application. Two color falls is a delight to behold, and the number of falls (24) is more generous, and more thump-y, than many lower cost designs. The wrapped handle is lighter than some which keeps the cost down but makes it a little more tiring to use in an extended session.
