Researchers at the American Urological Association recently recommended that screenings for pelvic floor disorders be included in routine physical examinations for women. The reason? A study found that nearly three-quarters of women suffer from some form of pelvic floor disorder, but 70 percent had not sought any medical attention. Oh, and remember that the single most important step toward preventing pelvic floor disorders and discomfort is to do your Kegel exercises regularly!
